Situated on a three acre site in Hawthorn, Wiseman Street was transformed from an early 1900’s Australian workers cottage into an expansive family home. The design scheme reflects the architecture, a meeting of classic and contemporary. Fine handcrafted joinery and custom textiles overlay stone and timber surfaces to produce highly refined yet very livable spaces. The experience frames family life and pays respect to the history of the site and context.

Foolscap Studio was engaged to hand select interior elements, lighting, upholstery and furniture working with the architecture and design completed by Modernismo Pty Ltd, resulting in an experience that frames family life and pays respect to the history of the site and its context.
