Foolscap Studio has been engaged to conceptualise vital social aspects of the new 80 Collins precinct currently in development.

The North Tower will comprise an adaptive reuse of the address’s existing building and a new structure clipped onto its shoulder. Our concept for the co-working levels within the North Tower reflects upon the site’s late-modernist origins, while transforming the identity of workspaces from ‘machine’ to a ‘place of ideas’.

The South Tower is a completely new build that wraps around the Collins Street–Exhibition Street corner. Anticipating a keen focus on the precinct’s public amenity, we’re visualising a mixed hospitality offering of event spaces, restaurants and bars for the 39-storey addition.
